 Province no 1 name entitled ‘Kirant’

Kirant is an ancient people with flourishing traditional and cultural era. Property elevate poverty so it is better to keep name Kirant Province than Koshi and Sagarmatha. Because there are many reasons and benefits behind Kirant Province. Kirant is not religion, it is a civility, and we must preserve it. This is our property, it shines our country’ dignity and sovereignty. If we kept name Kirant, then tourism will enrich in this province even around Nepal. We can clarify them from origin to till (culture, tradition, living etc).

Kirant itself behold a huge history of Nepal. Sagarmatha and Koshi they are still existing and people are aware of these names and they will exist for a long era. But it does not exist yet, Kirant name, it is about to vanish from Nepal. So, we must preserve and bring it to existence. Sagarmatha and Koshi also ornament/property of us at the same level we must exist Kirant together. It will be ruined if we ostracize Kirant from our Country.

When we go through the history of Nepal, it refulgent with the pride and dignity which we are proudly saying to anyone. Kirant has a long history which appreciated by many dynasties and books. So we must know that Kirant is not religion, there is no word ‘religion’ in Kirant lexicon. If anyone thinks it is religion, then he\she is wicked. If you proud to be Nepali, then you must feel privileged to own abide Kirant. We Kirant people still we worship nature and ancestors. So we have no religion, only traditions and cultures.

Therefore, I request all the Nepalese people who have fathom love towards our country please go for lobbying Kirant province.

किरात एक प्राचीन मानिस का साथै सभ्येता हो। जो जुन परम्परागत र सांस्कृतिक रूपमा फस्टाइरहेको युग मानिन्थ्यो  । सम्पत्तीले गरीबी घटाउछ, त्यसैले कोशी र सगरमाथा भन्दा किराँत प्रान्त राख्नु राम्रो हुन्छ। किनकि किरात प्रान्त पछाडि त्यहाँ धेरै कारणहरू र फाइदाहरू छन्। किरांत धर्म होइन, यो एक सभ्येता हो, र हामीले यसलाई सुरक्षित गर्नुपर्दछ। यो हाम्रो सम्पत्ति हो, यसले हाम्रो देशको मर्यादा र सार्वभौमिकता चम्किन्छ। यदि हामीले किराँत नाम राख्यौं भने पर्यटनले यस प्रान्तमा नेपालको वरिपरिको क्षेत्रलाई पनि समृद्ध बनाउनेछ। हामी तिनीहरूलाई उत्पत्तिदेखि लिएर संस्कृति, परम्परा, जीवित आदि) स्पष्ट गर्न सक्छौं।

किरातले नै नेपालको विशाल इतिहास बोकेको छ।  सागरमाथा र कोशी तिनीहरू अझै अवस्थित छन् र मानिसहरूलाई यी नामहरू थाहा छ र तिनीहरू लामो युगसम्म अवस्थित हुनेछन्। तर यो अहिले अवस्थित छैन, किरान्त नाम, यो नेपालबाट हराउँदैछ। त्यसोभए, हामीले यसलाई सुरक्षित गर्नुपर्दछ र अस्तित्वमा ल्याउनु पर्छ। सागरमाथा र कोशी पनि हाम्रो घरको आभूषण / सम्पत्ति समान स्तरमा हामी सँगै किरात अवस्थित हुनुपर्दछ। यो बर्बाद हुनेछ यदि हामी हाम्रो देशबाट किराँतलाई निकासी दियौं भने।

जब हामी नेपालको इतिहासमा जान्छौं, यो गर्व र मर्यादा संग उत्साहित हुन्छ जुन हामीले कसैलाई गर्व गर्दै भन्यौं। किरात को लामो इतिहास छ जुन धेरै राजवंशहरू र पुस्तकहरूले प्रशंसा गरेका छन्। त्यसोभए हामीले थाहा पाउनु पर्छ कि किरात धर्म होइन, किरान्त शब्दकोषमा 'धर्म' शब्द छैन। यदि कसैले यसलाई धर्म मान्दछ भने, ऊ त दुष्ट हो । यदि तपाईं नेपाली हुनमा गर्व गर्नुहुन्छ भने, त्यसो भए तपाईंले किराँत पाउनु पर्ने सुअवसर पाउनु पर्छ। हामी किराँत व्यक्ति अझै पनी हामी प्रकृति र पुर्खाहरुको पूजा गर्छौं। त्यसैले हामीसँग कुनै धर्म छैन, केवल परम्परा र संस्कृतिहरू।

तसर्थ, म सबै नेपालीहरुलाई अनुरोध गर्दछु जसले हाम्रो देशलाई बढी प्रेम गर्दछन कृपया किराँत प्रान्तको पैरवी गर्न जानुहोस्।

Appeal!

I read news yesterday, 'patient died cause of insufficient ventilator,' in BPKIHS, Dharan. We have been hearing this types of news from long ago. But why are we Dharane people not serious about this issue? Almost Daharane people are plunged into drugs and whoever provides a set of snacks and petrol. In every corner of the cafe, people talk about fighting, drugs and hooligan. When will we stand with our deviance cognition?

In the name of facility, we have a Hospital BP only. There are no other facilities like government offices and airport. We want to lose BP hospital too? Why are we unable to handle this hospital? Are we visionless? if not then we have to pressurize to the administration for the quality service and increase the volume of the ventilator. Where everyone from the lower grass root patient can get access to ICU department. Many patients are dying because of lack of access towards the intensive care unit. So we have to awaken from catnap to brighten our vision of sight for betterment of the hospital and coming generation. We have to raise our voice against the corruption and political encroachment within such a sensitive area.

Therefore, I request all the people who hail from Dharan don't run behind hype and faff which you are doing a moment before and now on broaden your cognition then take a step for ameliorate.

Recently, two cases of acid attack published in different news portals.  People shouted harshly and rebuke to the attackers and law makers. These type of heinous crime is rampant.  But the government crime bureau is oblivious about the cases.

A year ago, I went to the crime bureau with the formal letter with the request to provide the data of acid attack cases. But result was shocking, they don’t have data and they are oblivion about this case, they just said we have only one case of Ms Magar and Mr BK.

Mostly girls are the victims but boys aren’t untouched by this case. As we know in India, there are many cases regarding acid doused. And somehow, the Nepalese perpetrators also influenced by neighbouring country India. The common reason why they throw acid on victim' face is unsuccessful love affairs and jilted lover. Who does not want her\his exquisite complexion, which he did not get succeed to own (vengeance of rejection). 

It has been found that when people think like if she can't be mine, I will not let her to be of anyone, plays a great deal in such attacks. Jilted lover and breaking up relationship are the major reason for acid attack.  Some of the acid survivors are Pabitra, acid attacked by Alam, who was also jilted lover and he wanted to disfigure her beautiful face. A 20 year old woman, Jenny was attacked with acid in Kalopul. 15 year old Muskan was attacked with acid on Sep in Birjunj. While sitting at Basantapur, two teenagers were attacked with acid on Feb 22, 2015, Sangita 16 and Sima 15.

Rajaram Thapa was acid attacked by his wife, who is inhabitant of Nuwakot. In this case victim is male.

These are some examples but there are so many victims, who are struggling to survive and fighting for the justice.

Why this case is increasing?

There are two basic reasons;

 i) Easy access to the acid ii) insufficient legal aspect

It seems, it is a normal phenomenon but someone's life is devastated and ruined, victim has to face pain as well as odious lifelong. And some can't bear the pain and odious then commit suicide. So we must play the vital role as expressing empathy instead sympathy.

Therefore, we must amend the law for regulate the acid attackers. Perpetrators should be imprisonment lifelong and should provide license to acid distributors. Only who has authority to sell acid should record and purpose of use.

In every newspaper, there we can see or read sad and flout news. As if that position is the prerogative property of tainted leaders and administrative staffs. We have been reading news that tainted persons are taking place of top executive administrators' position of Nepal. Who are not qualified and good characters, such people are taking a position in the nexus of power and money. Who are brilliant and capable, they are aban don behind according to their corrupt mind set. Not only top level leaders and staffs are taking bribery but this nexus is top-to-bottom level in our country, no one is competent to perform their task or service to the pupil.

Dr. Pawan Chamling says if you want to provide service then be a servant and do politics, if you want to earn money do business but in our country the opposite. Everyone is indulging in bribery and nonproductive in the name of politics. These types of pejorative culture are increasing day by day. Because of this culture,
they compel pupils to go to depression and commit suicide this is a repercussion of incompetent government, their hard work not getting any fruits or any pay off that means in vain. So they are being indolent due to filthy politics. There is no pleasant environment to study and get a job or business in any discipline that is why people are desperately deadly alive.

Our political and administrative system are like boss and servant, only that. Pupils are always treating as servant, and political leaders and administrative staffs are as boss. A huge hierarchy between government and civilians. We have been facing such a disaster system till now. So, is this democracy and parity? Therefore, I suggest to government and its bodies, please be as much as flexible and creative to serve your service persons do not bother them in trivial things. Because you are service providers as a servant who does every work for his\her owner with little expectation. Be an invigorating for the entire nation.

के पोष्ट नेताहरूको बिर्ता सम्पत्ति हो?

 

प्रत्येक समाचार पत्रमा, हामी देख्न वा दु: खकटर समाचारहरू पढ्न सक्छौं। मानौं त्यो स्थिति (पोष्ट) दागी नेताहरू र प्रशासनिक कर्मचारीहरूको बिर्ता सम्पत्ती हो। हामी समाचारहरू पढिरहेका छौं कि दाग लागेका व्यक्तिहरू नेपालको शीर्ष कार्यकारी प्रशासकको स्थानमा छन्। जो योग्य र राम्रो पात्रहरू छैनन्, त्यस्ता व्यक्तिहरूले शक्ति र पैसाको नेक्ससमा स्थान लिइरहेका छन्। जो योग्य र सक्षम छन्, तिनीहरू नेताहरूको भ्रष्ट दिमाग सेटको आधारमा पछाडि छन्। शीर्ष स्तरका नेताहरू र कर्मचारीहरूले मात्र घूस लिइरहेका छैनन् तर यो नेक्सस हाम्रो देशको शीर्ष-देखि-तल्लो स्तर हो, कोही पनि आफ्नो काम वा जनताको सेवाका लागि योग्य छैन।

हाम्रो राजनीतिक र प्रशासनिक प्रणाली हाकिम र नोकर जस्तै छन्, केवल यो। जनता सँधै नोकरको रूपमा व्यवहार गरिरहेका हुन्छन्, र राजनीतिक नेताहरू र प्रशासनिक कर्मचारी हाकिम हुन्। सरकार र नागरिकको बिच एक ठूलो श्रेणीक्रम। हामी अहिले सम्म यस्तो प्रकोप प्रणालीको सामना गर्दैछौं। त्यसो भए यो लोकतन्त्र र समता हो? त्यसकारण, म सरकार र यसका निकायहरूलाई सुझाव दिन्छु, कृपया तपाईंको सेवा व्यक्तिको सेवा गर्न जति नै लचिलो र रचनात्मक हुनुहोस्। तुच्छ चीजहरूमा उसलाई कष्ट नदिनुहोस्। किनकि तपाईं सेवा प्रदायक हुनुहुन्छ। एक नोकरको रूपमा जसले हरेक चीज आफ्ना मालिकको लागि गर्दछ। थोरै आशा संग। सम्पूर्ण राष्ट्रको लागि एक शक्ति बन्नुहोस्।
